Refund policy

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email products@coolerkitchen.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of approval.
Return shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email products@coolerkitchen.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Need a different color or size? The fastest route is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
