Delivery
US orders of $35 or more ship free. Orders under $35 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your order ships. For international availability and rates, see the options at checkout.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Email products@coolerkitchen.com with your order number to start a return and we'll send instructions and the return address. Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or defective?
Send a photo and your order number to products@coolerkitchen.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
